No referral is needed if you’re attending as a private patient—you can book directly with us at any time.

However, if you have a doctor’s referral, such as an EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) plan, please provide all relevant documents before your appointment. Alternatively, you can ask your GP’s office to send them directly to us. We offer bulk billing for Medicare EPC patients.

For patients with Workers Compensation Claims, Motor Accident Claims, or Veteran Affairs-related injuries, a referral and your claim number are highly recommended before your first visit to streamline your treatment process.

We also provide convenient payment options for Private Health Insurance with on-site HICAPS EFTPOS facilities.

Please bring any relevant scans, test results, or medical reports that relate to your condition.

If you’ve received referral letters or documents from your GP or other medical professionals, it’s helpful to have those on hand as well.

At Everyday Physio, we value your time and are committed to providing quality care to all of our patients. To ensure fair access to treatment time, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need of care.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend an appointment without notice will incur a $60 fee. This fee helps cover the time set aside for your session and the resources allocated in preparation. If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited and considered a late cancellation, and the $60 fee may apply.
